Pruebas que evalúan la función hipofisaria
Resumen
Se discuten las diferentes determinaciones hormonales basales y las pruebas funcionales de estímulo o supresión de Iá secreción hormonal adenohipofisaria que actualmente se realizan en la Unidad de Radioinmunoensayo de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas, y se revisa la utilidad clínica de estas dosificaciones en el diagnóstico de las enfermedades que interesan al sistema hipotálamo- adenohipofisario.
