Abstract

The Secoya community. El Copal de Lagarto Cocha, is located in the Sucumbios Province, m the Peru border, coordenates 00°23.31'S75°25.44’W, altitude 210m, humid tropical rainforest life zone. Field work was done December 2003, we used temporal transects of 50 x 4 m x 5 in 4 localities, lineal model and radial for species ¿2.5 cm of DAP. we looked herbarium samples of every species preseni in the transects, we collected only one sample of steril specimen, and more than two duplica te for fertils. one of them was deposited m the Alfredo Paredes Herbanum (QAP). The facts were analized under the similarity and diversity index. The alpha diversity change bet ween 46 and 79 species, the diversity index is found under and dose to medw diversity The simility index fluctuate between 1.6 % and 32.75%. The beta diversity is 199 speoes. the dwersity and the vegetable composition between forest and low hills and the forest inundated by black water, and lagoons are different. The vegetable composition of these forest are the types! of the Igapos and Várzea. The new recording for the ecuadorian flora «dude the Moronobea coccínea. Condylocarpon hirtellum and the third recording of Aíchomea echónburckii. like the presence of endermc speoes and others less collected
