ADICIONES A LA FLORA DE ÁRBOLES DE LA BAJA AMAZONIA ECUATORIANA

Abstract

The oriental region’s forests of the Ecuadorian Amazon are characterized by their high diversity and principally by their unusual kind of flowers. The results of an inventory of species of trees in 7 plots of a hectare determined the existence of 30 new records of species of trees for the Amazon forests less than 500m.
