Abstract

El empleo constituye uno de los indicadores más importantes entre aquellos que permiten medir tanto la situación económica de la población como la dinámica del apartado productivo del país.


Sin embargo, no se ha puesto suficiente énfasis en su conocimiento y análisis. Por lo tanto, en muchos países y en Ecuador en este caso, no existen metodologías de medición adecuadas que reflejen nuestra realidad en este aspecto.
