Abstract

El desarrollo económico que en la actualidad es considerado como el fin supremo de la vida de un Estado, es un proceso que implica grandes reformas en la estructura social, política y administrativa de un país, es una evolución que se funda en el uso racional de los recursos escasos de un sistema económico y requiere un análisis y un estudio de políticas que abarquen todos los campos de actividad económica, a más de un esquema completo y detallado de obras y proyectos cuya meta final es la obtención del grado más alto posible de bienestar de la colectividad.
