En el panorama general del hondo problema de la tenencia de la tierra, es de suma importancia efectuar un análisis netamente económico del problema; para dar mayor clarividencia y porque fundamentalmente los problemas sociales y políticos son en su mayoría derivaciones y consecuencias de los problemas económicos.
