Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Investir al Banco Nacional de fomento de la facultad de captar los ahorros de la comunidad, mediante un adecuado sistema de emisión y venta pública de valores, para colocarlo en condiciones de planear, plantear y resolver los problemas de inversión que, de acuerdo a un Plan General de Desarrollo Económico Nacional, se lleve a la práctica –por la iniciativa privada y el gobierno- en beneficio del incremento productivo del país. Además, del desarrollo del mercado de valores, complemento indispensable en la organización bancaria moderna.
