Abstract

Reckless crime constitutes one of the most critical topics of criminal dogmatics and one of the constructions that has the greatest doctrinal development, for this reason, it is essential to present this structure through its most recognized postulates in order to clarify its elements and deliver to Ecuadorian jurists a synthesis applicable to the new criminal legal reality of the country.
