Abstract
The solidarity economy is, more and more present, in the debates to define a new paradigm of civilization alternative to capitalism. But the solidarity economy is not just a theoretical proposal, it is, above all, a practice, or many practices, alternatives for economic and social transformation. Its objective is to build relations of production, distribution, consumption and financing based on the values of justice, cooperation, reciprocity ... at the service of the well-being of all people and the planet. And in this construction, the social market occupies a central place, it is the strategy for the growth and unfolding of the solidarity economy.
