Abstract
Lucas Pacheco Prado, en esta cuarta edición de su texto Política Económica. Sus Fundamentos en la Economía Política, plantea visión alternativa a los instrumentos de la ortodoxia económica basada en el paradigma de libre mercado en la cual la política económica es un instrumento profesional, tal como lo expresa Jan Tirbergen es: “la manipulación deliberada de cierto número de medios con el objeto de alcanzar de ciertos fines”.
