La corrupción
Main Article Content
Abstract
"There is no corruption. There are corrupt. Corruption has no name. The corrupt have names and surnames."
I read these phrases yesterday in a newspaper of the city, and its author, Mr. Diego Cornejo, in just these lines tried to summarize one of the biggest problems of societies of all times. The fact is that, since human beings began their life in communities, they have not been able to clearly determine if the attitude that leads them to deform the Law and to attack their fellow men is linked to their genetic conformation or if, on the contrary, it is due to a cultural deformation.
