Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinoza Pólit.
Los países en desarrollo están ocupándose simultáneamente en la liberalización unilateral del comercio y en el bilateralismo, no sólo para obtener acceso al mercado, sino también para consolidar reducciones en sus propias barreras comerciales.
En base a este lineamiento se sugiere que las economías en vías de desarrollo tienen que especializarse en la exportación de mercancías extensivas en mano de obra e importar mercancías intensivas en capital.
