Abstract

Para una adecuada planificación del desarrollo económico y social de un país, es indispensable conocer las interrelaciones que se establecen entre las transformaciones socio-económicas, la dinámica demográfica y las políticas de población.


El desarrollo ecuatoriano desde la época de la Colonia se estructuró en función de las necesidades del proceso de acumulación de capital a nivel de las principales economías metropolitanas.
