Abstract
At the present time, when the Ecuadorian society lives in constant social, emotional, economic conflicts, lack of identity, etc., and to which the professors of the Central University cannot escape, lack of identity, etc., and to which the professors of the Central University cannot escape. For this reason, it is important to improve the profile of the teacher through scientific and pedagogical training, to achieve a committed attitude and a renewing vision that leads to personal, professional and social development.
