Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinoza Pólit.
La deuda Externa de América Latina, en general de los países en vías de desarrollo, aparece en la década de los 80 como el problema más crítico de las relaciones económicas internacionales.
En lo agudo y transcendente del problema, hay prácticamente consenso de criterio; pero, en cambio, hay muy diferentes enfoques para analizar el origen de la deuda y su posible tratamiento futuro.
