Abstract
The following work deepens a perspective to identify the presence of context-specific realities in territories whose particularities emerge based on the consideration of risk and vulnerability measurements. Together with the specificities of living conditions, income and labor dynamics, the dimension of risk and vulnerability would constitute a fundamental element to characterize the state of well-being in the territories.
