Abstract

Todo modelo económico y político que busca ser perdurable, requiere de una sustentación ideológica que le permita alcanzar un mayor grado de legitimación. El gran desafío y los serios peligros de ruptura que sufrieron las estructuras de poder nacional y transnacional en los últimos años de la década del 70 condujo a que la respuesta sea de tal entidad que garantice por muchos años e incluso décadas que no se repitan nunca más situaciones tales que puedan poner en peligro estructuras de poder. De esta manera las dictaduras que se instauran en el Cono Sur buscan alcanzar objetivos profundos de transformación radical de la economía y de la sociedad.
