The unavoidable importance of the socio-economic conditions of workers in Ecuador, within the context of national development, as well as the urgent need to have at least a clear picture of some fundamental aspects such as wages, inflation, consumption, are decisive factors that converge in the dynamism of conducting studies of this nature.
