In our countries, the fact that the ills of underdeveloped countries, such as ours, are due to the exaggerated intervention of the State in the economy is spread by all the media, and consequently they consider that the only option is the privatization of public enterprises. On the other hand, others simply preach trite and dogmatic slogans as the only panaceas to get out of underdevelopment and periodic crises. Apart from these two currents, a country located at the eastern end of Asia has recently experienced spectacular economic and social growth.
