Abstract

El impacto de la crisis económico-social que soporta el país se manifiesta, en forma dramática, a través de los indicadores elaborados por la Superintendencia de Compañías y que se describen a continuación. La citada institución ha diseñado un conjunto de mecanismos tendientes a rehabilitar las empresas con problemas a fin de evitar las quiebras en cadena y su efecto inmediato en los niveles de empleo.
