Abstract

Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.


Una breve observación respecto al funcionamiento de la Universidad Central del Ecuador, permite detectar algunos problemas cuya vigencia le impide cumplir debidamente con el país, pues, tanto la formación profesional y las tareas de investigación como las de extensión y difusión cultural, muestran una marcada desarticulación con respecto a la compleja realidad ecuatoriana.
