Abstract

Hay evidencias, cada día mayores, que la dictadura ha entrado en su ocaso, y que el pueblo ha empezado una masiva y activa resistencia. Este, en medio de una profunda crisis social, institucional y económica, enfrenta, por un lado, nuevas escaladas represivas y de crueldad social con que se defiende la dictadura; y, por otro, se prepara para llevar adelante el retorno a la Democracia.
