Professor Alonso Aguilar Monteverde told us that what characterizes the current crisis of international capitalism is that it goes beyond its merely productive, merely economic scope, that it is a crisis of global character that affects not only its productive process, the mechanisms of accumulation on an international scale, but also the denomination regime itself, its cultural and ideological values and undoubtedly its international relations.
