Abstract

I have listened very carefully to the enlightened intervention of Econ. Francisco Swett. Several elements for discussion are presented there. I will try to present some of the problems that I consider fundamental. You understand that referring to the fundamental problems of the Ecuadorian economy is actually quite complex, not only because of the breadth of the subject, but also because of its controversy.
