Abstract
Fortunately, those who have spoken before me have been sufficiently clear in emphasizing that it is not a matter of coming here to make wishful thinking, that we do not want to make a presentation of normative models, of schemes on how an economy, a society should be; but rather to interpret the economic situation, the social situation of our country and to derive from that analysis some eventual possibilities for the evolution of that economy, of that society.
