Abstract
In the descriptive brochure of the seminar on Scientific and Technological Development Policy organized by a series of public institutions and private research centers, in the part corresponding to the developed agenda (pages 13-19), a series of questions are formulated whose answers we consider can provide abundant elements of analysis in relation to the search for "solutions (in) the adoption of decisions related to the scientific and technological knowledge necessary for the development of the country" .
