Abstract

El sujeto de la historia es la gran masa trabajadora, pero no por eso la presencia del conductor o líder político en el escenario histórico social, con sus características, talento y cualidades debe subestimar la sociología, por lo tanto en este ensayo, que se desprende de la entrevista de Pablo Cuvi a José María Velasco Ibarra, se estudia la personalidad política del líder populista ecuatoriano, con el objetivo de ayudar al mejor conocimiento científico-social de la realidad del Ecuador.
