Abstract

Lo que los ideólogos del imperialismo de dentro y fuera de nuestro Hemisferio, no quieren o no pueden mencionar, es que la explotación imperialista, especialmente norteamericana, unida a la de sus cómplices, las oligarquías nacionales, constituye la causa fundamental del subdesarrollo de América Latina, ya que al apoderarse del excedente creado por las masas trabajadoras latinoamericanas, succionándolo desde el exterior o despilfarrándolo en el interior, impiden el ahorro y la capitalización nacionales y una inversión conveniente para nuestro desarrollo económico.
