Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Los recientes acontecimientos simbolizan o, mejor, grafican la doble táctica burguesa en las luchas políticas de América Latina: De un lado, la reunión de la OEA se lleva a cabo en Chile, y en el acto inaugural los dos principales oradores son nada menos Pinochet y Bordaberry. De otro lado, se reúne en Caracas la plana mayor del liderazgo social demócrata europeo con los más conspicuos representantes de la “izquierda democrática” latinoamericana, clausurando sus deliberaciones con un discurso de Haya de la Torre, y un documento en que se comprometen a luchar por la libertad y la justicia social.
