Abstract

I assumed the Rectorate of the Central University after a long struggle that broad university sectors courageously carried out against the military dictatorship of 1963-1966 and the application of the well-known modernizing model that, under the direction of the North American University of Pittsburgh and financed with loans from the IDB, tried to impose on our country.
