Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Los hechos y actitudes aberrantes, cada vez más frecuentes, son formas mediante las cuales se expresa una corriente de contenido anticientífico, que inspira una política anticultura, sistemáticamente orientada hacia la paralización y desnutrición de aquellas instituciones, que por su naturaleza podrían, eventualmente, contribuir a la producción del conocimiento, del proceso constituyente y de las tendencias históricas de la formación social ecuatoriana; conocimiento cuya necesidad se hace cada vez más evidente para ejercitar, socialmente, la acción de transformación.
