After World War II, the Cold War, the struggle for the liberation of colonial countries and especially the Cuban Revolution, which opened wide doors to history, the United States of America began an organized and permanent cultural offensive, which constitutes a stage that has come to be called the "Fourth Dimension of American Foreign Policy" or "The Fourth Face of Imperialism", titles of a book by Philip Coombs and a plural essay by Reivich and others.
