La descolonización cultural de los países petroleros
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article was scanned by the Aurelio Espinosa Polit Ecuadorian Library.
The process of cultural decolonization of oil-producing countries has similar importance to the struggle against foreign companies that control the production and distribution of the respective national oil wealth. The two actions are intimately linked, they complement each other mutually and, only when both culminate successfully can it be established that integral independence has been conquered, that the people have freed themselves from foreign oppressions and are in conditions to promote their autonomous progress. Both the nationalization and the socialization of oil demand cultural decolonization.
