Abstract

En mayor o menor grado, todos los países productores de bienes primarios confrontan un deterioro en su relación de términos del intercambio. En tal caso, el procurar establecer planes o políticas de estabilización de precios de las exportaciones, a fin de evitar pérdidas por las fluctuaciones del mercado de materias primas o de productos alimenticios, constituye un problema de suma importancia, cuya solución se plantea cada vez en forma más urgente.
