Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Un somero análisis de la economía latinoamericana nos muestra un desigual crecimiento de los diversos países, pudiéndose notar que el retraso o el subdesarrollo de la mayoría de ellos está ligada a defectos estructurales básicos que impiden su crecimiento.
Los problemas estructurales básicos de podrían dividir en los siguientes: agrario, tributario, administrativo, económico y social. Su solución, por tanto, implica reformas radicales en los campos mencionados.
