Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Con motivo del trigésimo aniversario de la Ley de Justicia Fiscal y de la creación del Tribunal Fiscal mexicano, se realiza un ciclo de conferencias en la Sala Máxima del Tribunal Fiscal, como acto inicial del programa el Lic. Antonio Carrillo Flores, primer Presidente del Tribunal Fiscal y actual Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, sustenta la primera conferencia.
