Abstract

La formulación de la doctrina del desarrollo económico regional latinoamericano por la CEPAL, coincide con la iniciación de serias dificultades económicas para Latinoamérica, el sudeste de Asia y África. La segunda guerra mundial significó para estas regiones una relativa prosperidad, la misma que concluyó poco después de la guerra de Corea.
