Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
En primer lugar debo expresar mis agradecimientos al Directorio de la Asociación de Economistas de Quito, por haberme honrado con la designación de coordinador de este interesante certamen en la parte correspondiente al tema de la Reforma Agraria. Al mismo tiempo formulo fervientes votos por el éxito de estas primeras Jornadas Económicas que, con mucha diligencia y entusiasmo, ha promovido nuestra Asociación. Por mi parte, procuraré esforzarme porque del análisis y discusión del delicado tema que me corresponde coordinar, resulten algunas conclusiones que sean provechosas para el país, cumpliendo en buena forma los cometidos básicos de estas jornadas.
