Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
La estructura feudal de la propiedad en el campo da origen a dos clases sociales perfectamente diferenciadas: la primera formada por los grandes terratenientes que monopolizan la tierra y aniquilan la dignidad humana de los trabajadores en el campo. La segunda, constituida por los trabajadores, que ganan un salario irrisorio y a veces nominal y constituye una gran masa de explotados formada por los huasipungueros, los peones libres, etc., etc.
