Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
El problema de la Reforma Agraria no es nuevo en los países donde existía el monopolio de la tierra, ya en el siglo pasado algunos pueblos de Europa y Asia, empezaron a realizar transformaciones tendientes a destruir el latifundismo, el sistema feudal y sus relaciones de producción para alcanzar un mejor nivel económico. Actualmente la Reforma Agraria ha tomado una orientación científica y se la considera parte esencial del desarrollo económico de aquellos países donde existe el citado monopolio.
