Abstract

Los resultados no pueden ser comprendidos si se la considera en el vació, y sólo adquieren toda su significación cuando la observación se funda en la debida perspectiva histórica. Con esto quiero decir que no es la Conferencia el tema central de esta charla; me preocupa principalmente, situarla en el tiempo e identificar las fuerzas que en ella actuaron y seguirán actuando en el futuro.
