Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Con fecha 1º del presente mes, mediante Decreto-Ley de Emergencia con dictamen favorable previo del Consejo Nacional de Economía, el Gobierno decretó la creación de una serie de impuestos extraordinarios a efectivarse a partir de este mes. Los nuevos impuestos extraordinarios gravan las importaciones, las exportaciones y las rentas. Las importaciones están sujetas a un impuesto adicional del ¡% sobre el valor CIF, excluidos los derechos consulares, que se cobrará sobre todas las mercaderías que se introduzcan al país por las diversas oficinas de Aduanas y de Paquetes Postales de la República.
