Abstract

La decisión más importante que tiene que realizar una comunidad es aquella referente a la distribución de sus gastos en consumo inversión. Su importancia deriva del hecho de que en el fondo del problema se trata de una distribución de los recursos productivos para alcanzar dos objetivos: disposición presente de bienes y servicios de consumo, o sea, standard de vida presente o grado de satisfacción actual, y disposición futura de bienes y servicios de consumo, o sea posibilidad de alcanzar en el futuro un mayor grado de satisfacción mediante la capitalización del país.
