Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Por las tendencias que caracterizan a muchos de los fenómenos económicos locales, a saber: aumento del volumen de comercio exterior; aumento del medio circulante, frente a una relativa estabilización de los precios; convalecimiento de la situación de nuestra reserva internacional; etc, tenemos que convenir que el País ha estado, y esta, desenvolviéndose en un proceso de expansión de sus factores productivos. Esto lo hubiéramos medido eficazmente a través de las cifras de la Renta Nacional, si es que dispusiéramos de su control, pero, por su ausencia, nos vemos obligados a hacer consideraciones partiendo desde otros puntos de vista.
