Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Continuando con el programa de charlas radiales mantenidas semanalmente por el Instituto de Investigaciones Económicas de la Universidad Central del Ecuador, hoy voy a hacer, aunque en forma sencilla, algunas consideraciones acerca de un problema palpitante, siempre de actualidad, y es el que se refiere al problema de las SUBSISTENCIAS.
Creo necesario advertir que este problema será enfocado solo desde ciertos puntos de vista que hacen luz sobre la cuestión general, ya que, la estrechez del tiempo, impide tratarlos, ni con detenimiento, ni a todos, por importantes que estos sean.
