Abstract

Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.


Se trata de un trabajo en que el autor se esfuerza únicamente por reunir los principales elementos de la discutida ayuda internacional, llegando en su intento a tocar en forma epidérmica algunos de los problemas del endeudamiento externo de América Latina; en general, sus puntos de vista reflejan el módulo de pensamientos de los gobiernos de la región, excepto Cuba naturalmente.
