Abstract

Este artículo fue escaneado por el Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas de la Universidad Central del Ecuador.


Tanto el esquema de la convertibilidad como el esquema de la dolarización, que se implantaron en Argentina y Ecuador respectivamente, tienen elementos comunes, entre otros, se basan en tipos de cambio fijos. Loa dos esquemas monetarios se adoptaron conjuntamente con severos programas de ajuste y estabilización y las llamadas reformas estructurales, inducidos por los organismos financieros internacionales.
