Abstract

Existe una diferencia sustancial entre las negociaciones del GATT y los Acuerdos Regionales (Tipo ALADI), en el primero se negocia la consolidación de aranceles y en el segundo una complementación económica, dando énfasis a las preferencias arancelarias.
