Abstract

The immediate socio-political reality of Latin America demands from the researcher an attentive and reflexive examination that allows to contribute to clarify the inherent phenomena with the corresponding rigor. Much is being conjectured today about the factors that propitiate the emergence of the military state. That is why we would like to contribute with these notes to the reflection on a phenomenon, which for some is presented as a "disease" that is spreading throughout Latin America.
