Abstract

In the general context, not only the international financial crisis but also the general crisis of capitalism, coupled with the particular conditions of underdevelopment and structural dependence of our country within the framework of state monopoly capitalism, the manifestations of a devaluation of the Mexican peso were evident, not for months or a few years, but in fact for two or three lustrums.
